Trans-identified male NHS ‘diversity chief’ Tara Hewitt has received a promotion

Tara Hewitt is currently the Associate Director of Inclusion & Engagement at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, a very recent promotion from his previous role despite his ECHR controversy.
Hewitt is a trans-identified male who describes himself as a ‘diversity consultant’ and is a Catholic conservative white male, who has previously said that lesbians shouldn’t receive NHS-funded IVF treatment on account of their sexuality and opposes abortion and sperm banks. He also publicly discusses fetishes such as “swinging” and “pet play”.
Hewitt is a career bureaucrat, career activist and overpaid NHS senior manager who was previously the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, he appears to been promoted in May 2022 according to his LinkedIn page to ‘Associate Director of Inclusion & Engagement’:
Hewitt is likely being paid in excess of £75,000 of taxpayers money per year for his self-serving activist role, he will likely be in Band 8 of the NHS Agenda for Change pay scale; despite being a heterosexual white male who is not from any kind of minority group. He also previously advocated breaking the law when the ECHR advised that single sex wards must be maintained, he accused the ECHR of being ‘transphobic’ for not allowing trans-identified male patients from being accommodated on female-only wards.
He also runs trans seminars for fellow senior NHS bureaucrats. However feminists on Twitter have uncovered Hewitt telling his Trust and others around England to disregard the ECHR guidelines, placing his own activism above the rights of women to single sex spaces:
Hewitt has also made several media appearances, he recently appeared on the ‘GenderGP’ podcast where he discussed ways of providing ‘affirmative training’ to NHS staff to ‘educate’ them on gender ideology. Hewitt has made various statements which are not becoming of an equality and diversity manager.
Hewitt has described his Catholic faith to the Liverpool Echo and used this soapbox to justify a hatred of IVF treatment for Lesbians and is an anti-abortion activist, stating that he doesn’t think his religion affects his NHS role. Alarmingly he also is very public about this other fetishes describing himself as an “advocate of BDSM ”, and into “swinging” and “pet play”. He described in a talk published on YouTube that wearing women’s clothing for fetish purposes though is absolutely fine.
